Working across our busy and vibrant sports centres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe daily operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of centre operations.
• Oversee poolside supervision and lifeguard teams, maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support front-line staff.
• Open and close the centre, acting as a keyholder and point of contact.
• Support group bookings, events, and community activities.
• Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive team environment.
• Be prepared to step into Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
• Hold RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Have a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to undertake further training, including First Aid at Work and attending a 2‑hour training session monthly (paid additionally).
