A community support charity in Kempston seeks a motivated Team Leader to oversee evening youth programs for autistic young people. The ideal candidate should have qualifications in health, education, or social care and strong communication skills. This is a part-time role requiring work on alternate Friday evenings, offering a salary of £12.54 per hour plus holiday pay.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our service in Kempston. The ideal candidate should possess NVQ Level 2/3 or an equivalent qualification in health, education, childcare, or social care. Strong communication and organisational skills are crucial for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
You will collaborate closely with the Children’s Services team to maintain and enhance exceptional service delivery for our current and future families.
Wanted Fun Youth Club: For young people aged 10-17 we have evening youth groups, which provide social opportunities for young people with lower-level support needs. The youth groups provide a safe and inclusive environment for autistic young people to access a variety of activities including games, social activities, arts and crafts, cooking, sports and community experiences, e.g., swimming, ice-skating, bowling, eating out and visiting parks and museums.
