• Experience in Health & Safety management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering KPIs and managing production performance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, PFMEAs, and control plans.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001.

• Take ownership of the production area and support the Value Stream Senior Manager.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance.
• Lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Deliver on customer requirements and improve processes.
