This role exists to lead and develop our Catastrophic Injury claims capability (including the management of our PPO portfolio) across Aviva UKGI, including Direct Line. You’ll join our Major & Complex Claims team, working within a specialist sub-team that handles our most complex, sensitive, and high‑value personal injury cases. You’ll be accountable for delivering strong indemnity performance, excellent customer outcomes, and effective governance. You’ll shape our Catastrophic Injury strategy, influence pricing and underwriting decisions, and represent Aviva with external industry bodies.
You will be an integral claims liaison point with reinsurers for claims queries and during the renewal cycle. Your work will help us support customers and seriously injured claimants through life‑changing events while strengthening Aviva’s position as a market leader.
