Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or a related field.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in an agile or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with documentation or content-management tools is helpful but not required.
• Understanding of software development processes is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise documentation such as user guides, API introductions, release notes, and technical explainers.
• Work with product managers, engineers, UX, quality assurance, sales, and support to gather information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into content suitable for various audiences.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect product changes and fixes.
• Manage and develop the product knowledge base with documentation standards and guidelines.
• Partner with teams to create consistent responses for recurring product questions.
