Responsibilities

• You'll maintain and inspect mechanical systems associated with gas networks.
• Participate in college training to develop core mechanical principles.
• Engage in hands-on experience under the guidance of expert technicians.

Skills

Maintaining pumps, valves, compressors and other mechanical equipment

Fitting, assembling and taking apart mechanical components

Using precision tools to measure, check and test machinery

Finding mechanical faults using tools and data

Understanding and following essential safety processes

Education

5 GCSEs grade 4-9/C or above including Maths, English Language and Science
