Job Purpose

To To train in all aspects of carbon composite component and mould manufacturing to the a high

quality standard, remaining compliant to drawings and directives, ensuring all standard operations,

policies and procedures are adhered to.

To train in the following departments:

• Laminating
• Laminating
• De-moulding
• Mould prep
• Mould maintenance
• Tool manufacture
• Part manufacture
• Understanding of autoclaves

To learn all aspects of carbon fibre component manufacture

To follow operating procedures as set out by UPCS

Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to

Punctuality and a ready to work attitude

Any other task as agreed by your Manager/Team Leader

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Full training provided
