Lookers Newcastle Paint and Body Centre is recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to join the team and work alongside our amazing Cosmetic repair technicians and Estimator, to provide a professional and friendly service to our Lookers customers.
Headed up by our fantastic management team, who between them share a wealth of experience within Lookers, therefore the best training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with the Bodyshop team.
As a Bodyshop Advisor for our Bodyshop, you will provide a courteous, welcoming, and professional service as customer liaison both in person, via telephone and email. You will also be responsible for welcoming customers to site, ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome. You will deal with incoming customer/insurance enquiries and make customer bookings.
You must have previous experience in a similar customer‑facing role. Motor trade or Bodyshop experience is desirable, but not essential. You will have strong customer service skills and focus. You will need to have a full driving licence with a good driving record.
