A leading construction firm in Bridgwater is seeking a Document Controller to manage documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide high-quality administrative support. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will help maintain internal documentation and be the main contact for document-related inquiries, contributing to a first-class service across departments. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering various employee benefits including holidays and bonuses.
The Document Controller is responsible for providing administration support to Turnbull's stakeholders, inclusive of our supply chain. To ensure that all documentation requests are completed with accuracy. This role must maintain a level of compliance for document control as per the guidance and regulations set out by our clients.
This role will also manage the internal documentation for Turnbull, again, ensuring all requests are completed with accuracy and quality is controlled. Be the first point of contact for all documentation enquiries and take the lead and follow up on actions, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. And aid the Support Services department with the goals and ambitions, and support any crossover tasks/projects between the other disciplines within the department to ensure we are delivering a first-class service.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
