Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in process improvement or ERP system implementation.
• Ability to navigate complex transactions including cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and provide coaching to staff.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes in NetSuite.
• Enhance internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Manage statutory reporting and support tax filings.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within financial systems.

Skills
