Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support (desirable).
• Full UK (manual) driving licence is required.
• Flexibility to work across services in Shropshire and Staffordshire.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking and personal care.
• Encourage independence and build confidence through meaningful activities.
• Provide emotional reassurance and structure during difficult times.
• Promote routines and relationships that help people feel safe and respected.
• Monitor and record progress, recognising small wins daily.
• Work regular 12-hour shifts to provide consistent care.
