• Previous experience in a Production Planning role, ideally in FMCG.
• Ability to present KPIs to senior leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and workflows.
• Coordinate refurb and warehouse team tasks.
• Communicate with depots and logistics on goods movement.
• Attend production meetings providing status updates.
• Report any production issues to the Head of Production.
• Establish optimal inventory levels based on demand.
• Collaborate on forecasts and long-term strategy.
• Maintain data in ERP system.
• Promote compliance with company policies.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
