We are looking for an experienced Partner Delivery Management Expert to drive customer success by enabling high-quality SAP software deployments through our partner ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring delivery excellence, strong partner relationships, and successful cloud adoption aligned with SAP strategy.

NB: This role can be based outside of the UK, ideally in mainland Europe.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the central post-sales advisor for partners, owning delivery quality and partner relationships
  • Coordinate SAP stakeholders across Customer Engagement, Services, Product Engineering, and other teams
  • Lead annual partner business planning including go-lives, capacity, certifications, and enablement
  • Guide partners on RISE and GROWwith SAP, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology
  • Monitor partner readiness, delivery health, KPIs, and initiate corrective actions where required
  • Drive partner enablement by identifying competency gaps and recommending targeted training
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and manage delivery escalations
  • Identify short- and long-term opportunities for partner and business growth in collaboration with Partner Business Managers

  • Play a strategic role in driving partner success and customer outcomes
