Qualifications

• Extensive experience in statutory compliance within the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/CAFM systems and SFG20 maintenance standards.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging at all levels.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and report on statutory maintenance compliance across the whole estate.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate statutory and operational risks.
• Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure compliance.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to support client decision-making.

Skills

Statutory compliance experience

Knowledge of CMMS/CAFM systems

Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, etc.)
