An established education institution in Greater London seeks a candidate to coordinate international partnerships aimed at enhancing global engagement. This role involves developing academic collaborations and requires excellent communication and coordination skills. The successful applicant will manage initiatives and contribute to the School's international strategy. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model among other benefits, with a minimum office presence of two days weekly.
This new role – offered on an initial two-year fixed-term contract – plays a pivotal role in advancing LSE’s global engagement by shaping and delivering strategic collaborations in support of the School’s international ambitions. As a key member of the expanding International Strategy and Academic Partnerships team, you will work collaboratively across LSE to identify and develop new academic partnerships with universities worldwide. With a particular focus on mobility projects, you will support the development of new initiatives – including short-term mobility programmes – and contribute to LSE’s outreach in emerging regions. You will focus primarily on institutional engagement, working in close alignment with LSE’s student-facing study abroad team.
You’ll be joining a growing, friendly team that works collaboratively with colleagues across LSE. ISAP is an integral part of the Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) Division, leading on developing partnerships with universities, networks, and alliances in support of the School’s International Strategy.
We are looking for candidates with the ability to coordinate international partnership activities from initial idea to successful implementation, with the tenacity to see projects through to their conclusion.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
You will be expected to be in the office at least two days per week with some flexibility, particularly when hosting visiting delegations. Should you have any queries about the role, please email Rhys Bearder r.c.bearder@lse.ac.uk.
