Caretaker/Maintenance Manager - Brill C of E School

Location: Brill

Term time only: Yes

Salary type: Bucks Pay

Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 2 Point 11-15, FTE £25,625 to £27,770 (actual salary £9030 to £9786)

Contract type: Fixed Term

Hours: Part-time 15 hours per week over 5 days

Our Caretaker/Maintenance Manager will be primarily responsible for:

  • Premises Management and Maintenance
  • Health & Safety Compliance, Security
  • Grounds and Environment
  • Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and Site related record keeping
  • Ensure the school buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard of repair and appearance.
  • Manage school waste and recycling.
  • Ensure appropriate COSHH procedures are followed and substances are stored safely.
