We’d love you to be part of our journey:

We’re looking for a highly capable Analytics Engineer who wants to grow their individual contributor career by solving complex data and contributing to the foundations of a modern, self-serve analytics platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building reusable and scalable data models, and making data more accessible across the business. You will also take on cross-domain technical ownership and contribute to technical strategy and standards across the organisation.

Some of the Great Things You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver complex, high-impact analytics engineering work across multiple teams within a domain or product area, driving solutions from design through to production adoption.
  • Own the architecture and evolution of key data models, workflows, and transformation pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with established analytics standards and business priorities.
  • Shape technical direction in partnership with Data Platform and Tech leadership, setting standards for data quality, observability, and resilience.
  • Drive operational excellence across the analytics data stack, reducing technical debt, improving developer experience, and embedding reliability through better design, automation, and monitoring.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, building capability, confidence, and clarity in others through technical guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to align on outcomes, reduce delivery risk, and deliver scalable solutions that empower the business.
  • Build and support BI reporting and dashboards using modern visualisation tools.
  • Implement and maintain data quality checks and testing, contributing to trusted and reliable analytics outputs.
  • Contribute to shared analytics engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Represent Analytics Engineering in technical forums and strategy discussions, contributing to architectural alignment and data platform roadmaps.
  • Support platform initiatives such as model refactoring, migrations, and improvements to governance and documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the analytics engineering community.
  • Champion inclusion and high performance, fostering a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’d Like To See From You
  • Strong skills in SQL and DBT, with experience designing scalable, analytics-ready data models.
  • Proven ability to deliver data reporting and BI solutions, from requirements through to production.
  • A solid understanding of data modelling, testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Comfortable working with modern data engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building high-quality, reusable data solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Useful experience: Databricks, Airflow, Spark, or data platform migrations.
