Qualifications

  • Proven experience applying LEAN principles in a live operational environment.
  • Background in retail, warehouse or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and governing the Retail LEAN programme from design through to delivery.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to set and achieve continuous improvement goals.
  • Identifying and delivering LEAN improvement opportunities across the retail estate.
