A training organization in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide operational HR support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a strong focus on employee relations within the construction industry. You will manage complex cases, coach managers, and support recruitment efforts. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong construction industry and employee relations experience to join our growing Smart Energy business. This is a hands‑on, operationally focused role, partnering closely with Site Managers, Trainers and colleagues across Realise.
Operating in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment, you will play a key role in supporting managers with creating a culture and working environment where our people thrive and develop, handling complex people matters, driving consistency, and ensuring pragmatic, legally compliant HR solutions that work on site.
You will also provide guidance to other teams across the Realise Group on employee relations, leading cases independently. If you have experience of working with people in gas, electrical, plumbing or renewables and enjoy being visible on site but equally comfortable working remotely, this role will suit you.
This is a home‑based role, with travel required for site meetings and company events. Details will be discussed in your interview.
