All underpinned by technology created with purpose.## **Your Role**As a Recruitment Technology and Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering recruitment technology strategy in response to growing client demand. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment strategy, innovation, and technology enablement, with a particular emphasis on enterprise platforms such as SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, and Employee Central), as well as Oracle Recruitment, Workday Talent Acquisition, and the wider recruitment technology ecosystem. The role will drive credibility in the market, influence senior client stakeholders, and position recruitment technology as a core lever of future‑ready talent acquisition.In this role, you will play a key role in:· Acting as a trusted advisor to global recruitment leaders, shaping their view of the future of recruitment and the technology required to enable it.· Leading go‑to‑market recruitment technology propositions, specialising in SmartRecruiters implementation, optimisation, and SAP SuccessFactors to SmartRecruiters transitions.· Designing and advising on technology‑enabled recruitment strategies and operating models aligned to business growth and talent priorities.· Providing deep expertise across the recruitment technology landscape, including ATS, CRM, AI‑driven talent intelligence and automation platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Eightfold).· Driving innovation in recruitment technology, translating emerging trends into practical, scalable solutions for clients.## **Your Profile**• 2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation. Experience with SmartRecruiters is required with other system experience desirable (e.g. Phenom, Eightfold)• Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes. Experience delivering end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition transformation, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, recruitment process and experience design, technology‑enabled service delivery, and change management.Optional: Required certifications, licenses or languages· Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
