Position: Sustainability & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Sustainability and Compliance Coordinator. The role involves taking overall responsibility for implementing ethical strategies and managing supplier technical compliance. The coordinator will work with the technical compliance team to deliver assigned business projects and objectives.

The Person
  • Relevant Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, or Environmental Science and Sustainability
  • Experience in technical/sustainability roles within the UK fresh produce industry
  • Knowledge of Environmental Management Standards
  • Understanding of food safety and quality systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and sustainability reporting tools
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
The Role
  • Ensure knowledge of customer and regulatory requirements for responsible sourcing, including food safety, ethical, environmental, and auditing standards, is up-to-date and in line with company policies.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
