This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing Installations, repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied social housing properties.From fixing leaks and replacing taps to diagnosing more complex issues with heating systems or drainage, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping homes safe, functional, and comfortable. You’ll be working directly with residents, so a professional approach and strong customer service skills are essential.With a steady flow of work and a commitment to improving housing standards, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the community.
