Qualifications

• Proven competence with Advantest A93K testers.
• Experience in transferring to volume manufacture in far-east OSATs.
• Strong knowledge of DFT components such as JTAG and BIST.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing test solutions with Silicon and DFT teams.
• Write Production, Engineering, and Characterisation Test Programs.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure successful silicon bring-up.
