• Salary: BG-H SCP15 – Term time only. Pro-rata salary for part time and term time only: £5,552 (inclusive of London weighting).

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time bush craft leader to join our team, providing outdoor learning and afterschool clubs. Winkfield St Mary's C of E Primary School is a warm and welcoming single‑form entry school, with an inclusive and caring ethos.

As Bush Craft Leader, you will:

• Plan and deliver structured, safe and engaging outdoor learning sessions for small groups of children aged 4‑11.
• Deliver a variety of outdoor activities which meet Health & Safety, legislative and safeguarding standards.

• Has experience of delivering outdoor learning / bush craft activities.
• Enjoys working in a child‑centred, values‑led environment.
• Is a team player but also able to work independently.
