At Wellesbourne, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Forest School Leader to support the planning and delivery of inspiring outdoor learning experiences for children. This role is ideal for someone who believes in learning through nature, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £28,184 - £28,184 per Annum, based on experience (40 hours per week). Working Hours: 4 days a week Monday to Friday - 38 hours (8am-6pm) or 40 hours (7.30am-6.00pm)

Our beautiful nursery in Wellesbourne offers a premium nursery experience with 3 additional enhancements: Forest School, Organic lifestyle and Cookery. Our Wellesbourne nursery children love their days with us and set out on the next stage of their education equipped with the life-long skills gained from being in a Forest School and organic growing environment, as well as confidence around cookery and handling ingredients. Each room has its own dedicated outdoor space that the children have access to all day, every day. Located on the Wellesbourne campus of Warwick University HRI, on Charlecote Road, just off the A429. There is ample parking on-site, with a car park on campus.
As a Deputy Forest School Leader, you will work alongside the Forest School Leader to lead and inspire your team while delivering exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:
