Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years PQE in legal practice.
• Experience in M&A, corporate structuring, and corporate finance.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely execution.
• Instruct and work with outside counsel on specialist matters.
• Manage Legal Counsel within the team.

Skills

Excellent legal experience (private practice and/or in-house)

Strong analytical, drafting and reviewing skills
