Role Summary and Impact

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll lead strategy development for top-tier clients. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and specialist teams to craft innovative, data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of high-impact campaigns, mentor a talented team, and grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Experience in media planning and buying is essential. In-platform experience isn’t a must, but would be a bonus.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development of data-driven strategies alongside senior leadership.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns align with overarching strategy, deliver objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the financial management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns stay on budget and on objective.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team, helping junior members develop their digital expertise.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, using insights to continuously improve campaigns.
