Job summary

A landscape maintenance company is seeking an LM Crew Leader in Sheffield, UK. This position involves outdoor physical tasks such as landscape maintenance and construction. The ideal candidate will oversee and motivate a team of 2 to 3 members, ensuring safety and quality. Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor landscape maintenance and construction tasks as assigned.
• Supervise and train a team of 2 to 3 members.
• Manage budget and time effectively for each job.
• Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
