WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Strategic Growth: Act as a strategic partner by understanding and challenging client business goals and setups to advise on digital growth and maturity.
- Media Management: Own and drive the performance and results of digital investments across multiple channels, including ASA, UAC, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Client Management: Act as a senior point of contact, handling communication and relationships with stakeholders through strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis and audits to identify opportunities for improvement, utilising tools like Adjust and Looker Studio to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Testing & Innovation: Lead advanced testing and optimisation initiatives, applying deep expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client KPIs.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior specialists and facilitate an environment of continuous learning by sharing channel-specific tactics and best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing complex, performance-oriented strategies.
- App Marketing Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of app growth strategies and platforms (ASA, UAC) alongside established channels like Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. Other channel experience is a bonus.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data across marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, GA4/Firebase, and AppsFlyer). A nice-to-have would also be knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategic directions.
- Leadership: Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams for complex clients.
