The ideal candidate will have at least two years PQE, be conscientious, dedicated and hardworking with a desire to help grow and shape the department. Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of Corporate matters.
• Provide accurate and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of Corporate law.
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to build good rapport.
• Conduct due diligence on every file.
• Play an active role in business development and marketing activities, contributing to the firm’s profile in the market
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets for fees and time recording
• Ensure aged debt and matter balances are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
