A digital-first wellbeing company in Greater London is looking for a CRM Executive to optimise their CRM engine at a critical growth stage. This role involves executing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys and drive retention. This role exists to own and optimise Healf’s CRM engine at a critical point in our growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of Growth, CX, Product (especially Subscriptions) and Trading, making sure our campaigns, flows and customer communications run flawlessly and evolve fast. You’ll be hands-on in execution while developing a deep understanding of customer behaviour, retention levers and commercial performance. For the right person, this is a clear pathway into a cross-functional areas ranging from Product, to Strategy & Insights, Retention, Growth and more, with exposure to senior decision-making and real ownership early on.
