• Minimum 8 years’ marketing experience, ideally in luxury beauty, lifestyle, or direct-selling.
• Proven experience in team leadership and delivering multi-channel, insight-led marketing campaigns.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, with understanding of ambassador models.
