• Experience working with foster parents and within a multi-discipline arena.
• Ability to manage a demanding role including quality assurance and training.

Responsibilities

• Support foster parents with a manageable caseload for effective supervision.
• Provide regular supervision and monitor compliance with standards.
• Work with stakeholders to enable participatory decision making in child protection.

Skills

Ability to collaborate with foster parents

Excellent report writing skills

Knowledge of legislation pertaining to children’s services

Experience in therapeutic child care models

Full driving licence
