Job summary

A leading roofing systems contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to drive improvements across all operations and ensure legislative compliance. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, providing training, and maintaining high health & safety standards across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Diploma and possess significant health & safety experience. This role involves working at heights and liaising with various authorities. Flexibility in working hours is essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) either held or close to obtaining.
• Credible health & safety experience including operations, project management, and CDM knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of health & safety across all operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations.
• Provide training courses and safety meetings to staff.
