Are you a strategic, consultative sales leader with the confidence to shape enterprise growth across industries such as Banking, Telecoms, Utilities, and Insurance? We're looking for someone who has experience within the Debt Management industry, can lead complex, high‑value sales engagements, build trusted C‑suite relationships, and position Intrum as the partner of choice.

In this high‑impact, client‑facing role, you'll influence outcomes at the highest level‑crafting go‑to‑market strategies, designing tailored solutions, and driving results that make a measurable difference.

These roles can be based in any of our UK offices in Manchester, Glasgow or Reigate, with regular client travel and the flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:
  • Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales across Intrum's credit management and financial solutions portfolio
  • Identify and secure new business from large clients across key sectors
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers (CFOs, CROs, COOs)
  • Deliver compelling, ROI‑driven sales presentations and solution demos
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools
  • Represent Intrum at industry events and position yourself as a thought‑leader
  • Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.
What you'll Bring:
  • Proven success in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the Debt Management industry
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling skills (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution skills
  • Knowledge of SaaS, CX, digital transformation, and recurring revenue models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
