A local education authority is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their established team. The role involves supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment. We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our established cover team. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, deliver lesson instructions as provided, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. This role would be well suited to individuals considering a future career in teaching.
Hours of work: 31.25 hours per week. Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years\' continuous service). As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Working Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm, Monday - Friday, term time only. Hours to be discussed at interview.
