Qualifications

• Prior experience in finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of securitisation structures and CLOs is beneficial.
• Ability to review and analyze legal contracts from a credit risk perspective.

Responsibilities

• Implement default, recovery, and cash flow modelling.
• Review underwriting and servicing of transaction originators and CLO managers.
• Prepare rating proposals for internal committees.
• Communicate rating rationale via presale reports and presentations.
• Assist in the development of criteria and research.
