Job summary

A healthcare facility in Liverpool is seeking a qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon to join its multi-disciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate will manage both elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries while providing comprehensive patient care. Candidates should hold an MBChB and MMed in Orthopaedic Surgery or equivalent, with a valid practicing license. A minimum of 3–5 years experience post-specialization is preferred. Qualifications

• Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• Valid Annual Practising Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries.
• Manage trauma and orthopaedic emergencies.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic care.
• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety, and ethical standards.
