Qualifications

• Proven experience in a property-focused finance role is essential.
• Qualified Accountant preferred; QBE considered.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transactional accounting and month-end processes.
• Prepare and review balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with property-related financial reporting and analysis.
• Support finance projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including AP, AR, VAT.
• Liaise with external auditors and finance partners.
