A leading outdoor lifestyle company in Nottingham seeks a passionate individual for the role of propagator. Responsibilities include maintaining web content, building email marketing campaigns, and creating engaging social media content. Ideal candidates will possess GCSEs, particularly in maths and English, and have skills in customer care and analytics. This full-time role also offers career progression opportunities following an apprenticeship program.

We are on the lookout for a passionate propagator to assist in spreading our Go Nice Places, Do Good Things message! Reporting directly to the E-Commerce manager. This role involves maintaining web pages, creating and editing images for use on web & socials, building e-mail marketing campaigns and using analytics to be successful.
GCSE in:
5 GCSEs including maths and english (grade 4/C)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
It is desirable for the successful candidate to have an interest in outdoor activities and to have interest or experience in marketing of some type. Owing to the location of the business, a driving licence would be beneficial but not essential. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do and we would encourage candidates who share our passion to apply.

There is a fulltime opportunity available and an opportunity to progress onto a level 4 programme at the end of the apprenticeship, for someone who works hard and can demonstrate value added to the business.
The knowledge units will be delivered at the EMA training hub in Derby, or online (depending on apprentices’ location) through day release
