• 5+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant focused on WMS.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management.
• Experience providing application support via incident management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into specifications.
• Lead functional, regression, and UAT testing while managing defects.
• Deliver training sessions and create user guides for new features.
