• Proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or fast-paced environment.
• Confident IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in the plant & tool hire industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer queries.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently.
