• Strong customer service orientation with a drive to increase sales.
• Confident IT skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across a range of plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer queries.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers and fitters.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally.
