  • Service Users: Children & Young People aged 5–18 with EBD
  • Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a residential childcare setting with 2 years in management

An experienced, motivated, and compassionate individual with a strong track record in managing Ofsted-regulated children's homes. You must hold a relevant Level 5 qualification and be confident in leading a team, developing a homely and supportive environment, and ensuring the highest standards of care for vulnerable young people.
