A leading consumer finance company is seeking a part-time customer service representative in Trowbridge. In this fixed-term role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers encountering vehicle defects, ensuring timely repairs and assistance. Strong communication skills and customer service experience are essential. The position involves 18 hours per week with a hybrid working model requiring in-office attendance two days a week after training. In this part time, fixed term role you will report toour Driver line Team Leader and be part of the team who are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle. Whether that's a company car driver who's headlight is out or a commercial van driver who's dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call. You'll be ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally.
This role is 18 hours per week over 4 days and is fixed for 3 months.
We operate a hybrid working approach whereby after an initial training period spent full time in the office, attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week (one of these must be a Wednesday)
You'll also:
You'll have previous customer service experience as well as enjoy being on the phone and confident with both inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills and customer centric mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.
