Our Downtime Management team provide an end‑to‑end accident management service for our clients. They ensure that all customers reporting an incident receive the very highest standard of customer service, while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.
As a Claims Handler, you will be interacting with Brokers, Insurers, and Customers every day Aviation adaptive المدارس approach, listen and understand our customer needs. Your objective will be to focus on reducing claim costs by closely managing the claim lifecycle, whilst delivering a friendly customer service experience to our clients.
