The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company is seeking a Part-Time DJ Facilitator to support people with a learning disability and autistic people to develop their DJ skills, confidence, and creativity. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, inclusion, and person-centred practice, who wants to make a meaningful impact through weekly sessions and live performance opportunities.

As DJ Facilitator, you will plan and deliver engaging weekly DJ sessions that help participants build skills, work towards personal goals, and prepare for FRESH club night performances. You will create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and active participation, while offering tailored support to meet individual needs.

We are looking for someone with experience in DJing or music facilitation or a strong desire to share DJ skills with others, who is confident leading groups and managing group dynamics. You will work closely with participants to identify goals, support their progress, and stay organised by planning sessions, preparing resources, completing risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.
