Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services inEurope operating through our Alliance Healthcare businessDispensing Support Pharmacy Service Level Manager(12 months Fixed term)Salary: £35,000-£40,000Hours: 40 per week 9am - 5pmDays: Monday - Friday**Position Overview**We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DSP Service Level and Facilities Manager and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the relationship between ourselves and Boots DSP. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional workplace environment whilst also trouble shooting any issue with the DSP.**Key Responsibilities****DSP Service Level*** To Implement and maintain the Service Centre strategy with our largest customer Boots DSP.* Work closely with the DSP to achieve business goals through the effective operational discipline and ops excellence of the Service Centre.* This responsibility includes but is not limited to liaising with the senior management teams at Boots DSP to resolve any issues.**Facilities Management*** Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.* Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.* Manage inventory of facilities supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.* Respond promptly to facility-related issues, including emergencies, and implement solutions.* Monitor energy usage and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.**Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Management*** Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.* Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs for employees.* Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, and prepare reports for management.* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), fire safety, and waste disposal.* Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.* Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among employees..**Administrative Duties*** Maintain accurate documentation related to facilities and EHS, including maintenance logs, risk assessments, and training records.* Support budgeting for facilities management and EHS activities, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.* Provide regular updates to management on facilities and EHS performance metrics.# ******What Cencora offers******Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
