As Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping BCHA’s strategic direction and ensuring organisational excellence. You will lead delivery of the 5‑Year Strategic Plan, embedding alignment across all functions and driving a culture of accountability and high performance. You will provide oversight of governance, risk management, health and safety, and compliance, ensuring the highest professional standards.
You will lead a modern, high‑performing finance function, driving transformation of financial systems and processes, overseeing treasury, long‑term financial planning, and regulatory reporting, while ensuring robust internal controls and providing strategic financial guidance. You will also oversee a coherent, financially viable, customer‑focused property development and acquisition programme and maintain a transparent, compliant governance framework, strengthening procurement, contract management, and asset oversight.
Through inspirational and inclusive leadership, you will empower professional teams across Finance, Governance, and Development, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
