An engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Principal Cable System Engineer to lead design efforts for high-voltage cable system projects. As our UK and Continental Europe team continues to expand, we are seeking a Principal Cable System Engineer to support a range of high‑profile projects across our Power & Energy portfolio, including high‑voltage AIS and GIS substations, transmission system assets, HVDC interconnectors, and energy storage systems.
You will lead the design delivery for Cable System Projects up to 400kV, from the tendering stage through to project handover.
